UNILOFTS Bloemfontein - Construction in Progress

The 1st of December 2010 was a big day for the STOCKBELL GROUP, when construction started on the UNILOFTS development in Bloemfontein. The first phase will be completed in December 2011 with the first students occupying the flats for the 2012 study year.

The UNILOFTS building in Pretoria has proven that the concept works and the high occupancies bears testament  to the continued success. High-end finishes provides a safe and secure study platform.  
The first part of the construction is the demolition of the exciting houses. This was a very emotional time with mixed feelings between the old and the very exciting new, on the door steps of the Kovsie campus.

It appears that the big yellow machine is thirsty.

Tons of rubble are being transported away from the site.
